HANS PRO ULTRA LITE: The HANS Pro Ultra Lite is SFI 38.1 and FIA approved. The Pro Ultra device applies aerospace grade carbon to achieve a 100+ gram weight saving compared to the regular Ultra. The Ultra Lite saves on weight and allows for easy entry and exit from the race car, even smaller tighter vehicles. The 100% carbon fiber construction features a hollow core for increased weight reduction without sacrificing strength. The sliding tethers offer exceptional visibility. The lightweight HANS III is now available in a Youth size. SFI 38.1 certified. Fits neck sizes from 12.5" - 14.5"
The HANS III represents the third generation of injection molded HANS devices and features a contemporary approach to reducing weight. Using an all new design and polymer, the device features a hollow collar that substantially minimizes weight. Professional HANS post clips have aluminum bases. Available in a variety of colors. Note we no longer stock orange. Available with or without nutwashers for SA and SAH helmets. FIA standard 8858-2010 only approves helmets with the nut washer built in the helmet. If you purchase post anchors with nut washers from Simpson, you accept that these anchors do not comply with the FIA regulation. If you purchase post anchors without nut washers for use with helmets having a built in M6 terminal, these are fully FIA approved. Both types of anchors (with or without nut washers) are fully SFI approved. Installation optional at additional cost.
Quick Click anchors feature pull strings for fast release. Pull strings have velcro patches sewn onto ends. Available with or without nutwashers for SA and SAH helmets. Installation optional at additional cost.
